Yesterday, Jonathan was at the Kira Plastinina US Launch Party in Los Angeles. Plastinina is a renowned fashion designer from Russia and is only 16 years old. In the next few weeks she has two exclusive stores opening in the Los Angeles area: one in Glendale and the other in Topanga. The Launch Party included a fashion show to debut Plastinina's US collection, and a live set by Chris Brown.

Other celebrities in attendance were Hayden Panettiere, Khloe Kardashian, Tara Reid and Romeo.

On May 22, Jonathan attended the American Eagle Outfitters and Declare Yourself launch party. A new line of Hollywood t-shirts designed by various celebrities were unveiled at the event which took place at Palihouse in Los Angeles. Photos are now in the 2008 gallery here.

Jonathan was at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles on April 26 for the US premiere of the new Warner Bros. movie Speed Racer. Photos of Jonny at the event are now in the 2008 gallery here, or you can check out some previews below...

Jonathan recently shot a webisode advertising campaign for the clothing line American Eagle. The webisode was directed by Entourage star Kevin Connelly, and will feature on American Eagle's 77e media channel. Keep checking back here for details on when the webisode will premiere.

Kicking off a series of celebrations in advance of the 60th Anniversary of Israel's Independence, a concert to benefit the children of Sderot was held last Tuesday, February 26, at The Wilshire Theater in Beverly Hills.

Sderot is a small city near the Gaza Strip, which has been terrorized by daily rocket attacks for the last seven years. All proceeds from the concert are going directly towards funding educational programs in the city.

Jonathan was among the Jewish celebrities in attendance, alongside Sylvester Stallone and Jon Voight. Click the image on the right to see all the pictures of Jonathan at the concert.

Over this past weekend the Gracie US National Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Tournament was taking place at the Los Angeles Convention Center. Jonathan has been training for the event extensively over the last few weeks and it certainly paid off.

Jonny got all the way to the semi-finals where he was beaten by the competitor who was to win the tournament.

"For all of you who wished me luck at my tournament, thanks a lot! I got to the semi-finals and lost to the man who won the tournament. It was tough and everyone was really good; anyone could have beaten anyone. It was really fun and I did better than I thought I would. Keep in mind I entered the men's division and everyone I fought was an adult!" ― Jonny

Due to school and my BJJ (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, the Brazilian art of submission grappling) tournament coming up next weekend, I have been busy the last few weeks and haven't been able to answer a lot of comments [on MySpace]. Sorry, I will try, but I probably won't be able to answer everyone."

As many of you will be aware, 28-year-old Hollywood actor Heath Ledger was found dead in his New York apartment this afternoon. The cause of death has not yet been determined. Ledger will be greatly missed, and Jonathan was very touched to hear the news.

"Today we lost one of the best actors of our time, Heath Ledger. He first caught our attention in 10 Things I Hate About You, in his unforgettable role. He was a great actor and had an even brighter future, so to honor him go see The Dark Knight to see Heath in his last role ever.
