"Did you know the human body needs at least 1,000 milligrams of calcium a day? And if you want to give your kids a nutritious treat, it's the calcium and vitamins that make chocolate milk a great choice? So my growing bones and I have four words for moms everywhere. Show me the milk."

Choco-Nana Pops:
1 cup fat free or 1% low-fat milk
1 ripe banana, peeled and broken in half
¼ cup chocolate syrup
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 8-oz paper drinking cups
2 popsicle sticks
Combine all ingredients in blender container. Cover with lid and blend at high speed 1 minute or until thickened.
Pour into cups. Cover each cup with aluminum foil, insert a popsicle stick through the foil into milk mixture. Freeze until firm.
To serve, dip cup into warm water, slide out pop.
